Stride Lanka Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: January 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Stride Lanka ("the Platform"), you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. Use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of all terms, rules, and policies stated herein.

2. Account Registration & Security

  • All users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
  • Credentials (username, password) must be kept confidential and secure.
  • False information or unauthorized access attempts may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Subscription Plans & Billing

Main Agents are responsible for subscription payments and any Sub-Agent fees under their account.

Failed or overdue payments may result in account restrictions.

Billing Rules:

  • Sub-Agent charges are billed to the Main Agent account.
  • Additional link purchases are available as per the selected plan pricing.

4. Client Data & Itinerary Usage

  • Clients submit travel preferences through secure links generated by Main Agents or Sub-Agents.
  • Generated itineraries are accessible only to authorized Main Agents or Sub-Agents.
  • If a client does not confirm an itinerary within 3 days, the Platform automatically saves the last generated itinerary to the Main Agent/Sub-Agent dashboard.

5. Account Termination & Deletion

  • Users may delete their accounts through the Platform at any time.
  • Main Agents will receive a notification if a Sub-Agent deletes their account.
  • All client and itinerary data remains securely stored in the system for operational and audit purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Stride Lanka provides itinerary generation tools and does not assume responsibility for decisions made using generated itineraries.
  • While reasonable measures are taken to ensure platform availability, uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

7. Amendments

  • Stride Lanka reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Personal Data Protection Act No. 9 of 2022 (PDPA)

Compliance with Sri Lanka Personal Data Protection Act

Stride Lanka processes personal data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022 of Sri Lanka. We act as a data controller in relation to personal data collected through the platform and ensure that:

  • Personal data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently.
  • Data is collected only for specified, explicit, and legitimate purposes.
  • Personal data is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary.
  • Reasonable steps are taken to ensure data accuracy.
  • Appropriate technical and organizational measures are implemented to protect personal data.
  • Where required by law, user consent will be obtained prior to processing personal data.
